• It helps us stay paperless. Keeping everything digital allows us to centralize important employee documents, paychecks, insurance information, tax forms and more. We don’t have to rely on a file cabinet with every employee’s paperwork and can access them quickly as needed.
• It allows employees to easily request time off. Keeping an accurate log of paid time off accrued is a great feature to ensure both employees and managers stay in the loop. Employees can request time off, put in for sick days, and keep track of their available vacation days. With a quick submission request, managers can approve or deny the time off and update the accrued hours.
