Your Salesforce Implementation Might Need Saving If….

“The system won’t let me!”

Your team frequently says “I hate using Salesforce.”

You get so many validation error messages that you’re about to throw your computer out the window.

Sound familiar? Then your Salesforce implementation is in distress.

Salesforce is a tool for your organization, not a roadblock. Despite the flexibility and massive capacity for platform customization, sometimes implementations go awry, and you’re left questioning your investment. If employees don’t see the value, your implementation partners aren’t engaged, or stakeholders aren’t supportive – you’re looking at an S.O.S. situation. Before completely pulling the plug, consider a Salesforce audit and consulting with an independent Salesforce support team (like us!).

Here’s how we handle an S.O.S. (Save Our Salesforce) call:

  1. Start with a Salesforce audit: Let us pop open the hood and look around a bit. We’ll discuss needs, wants, goals, and expectations with your key stakeholders, who will be championing Salesforce internally for your team. We’ll explore the entire timeline of your implementation and identify pain points that are tripping up your team the most.
  2. Assess user adoption: Salesforce won’t improve anything if no one is using it. We understand the learning curve involved and can outline action items to increase buy-in and use across your team. We also assess what’s stopping them from being more comfortable using the platform and adjust our game plan accordingly to identify those specific needs.
  3. Automations to save time: if your data is “bad”, you’ll be stuck in a cycle of redundancy. When it comes to your data, inaccurate reporting or validation rules kicking off a slew of error messages can make it impossible to see the big picture. We can evaluate your data reporting needs and then create automations and processes to keep things streamlined.
  4. Outline team training: this is part two of assessing user adoption. If you decide to invest in custom team training provided by our Salesforce Consultants, then we will provide in depth overviews, tips, tricks, and even reference videos for you and your team to utilize. We can also point you in the direction of beneficial Trailmixes (or create them catered to your specific needs!) and specific training modules that your team can complete in a self-guided fashion.
